Big Changes Are Coming

We are excited to announce that we’re moving our company to a new host country. This move will come with a few important changes to how you interact with us as a company.

Changes to Business Structure

We will be gradually winding down and, eventually, dissolving and liquidating our corporate structure in the state of Kuwait. This change will primarily affect our relationship with our customers and partners in Kuwait. We strongly urge all affected customers and partners to reach out to us within two weeks if they have not done so already. We will cease commercial operations inside Kuwait until our move is complete.

A legal trustee has been appointed to hold and administer all company assets in Kuwait during this period.

Changes to Addresses & Locations

We have permanently changed our primary business domain from ka.com.kw to kutometa.com.

We have also moved to a new location in Kuwait City. Please refer to our contact page for more information.

Changes to Payments

We will temporarily halt the processing of a limited number of payment methods. The methods affected are KNET, GCCNET, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Diners Club. Other payment methods like Paypal and direct bank transfers (IBAN) should not be affected.

To ease payments for affected customers, we will also begin accepting new payment methods – including a few types of cryptocurrency like Bitcoin. Availability of these new payment methods may be limited and may be subject to specific requirements outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
